I am not sure that my words will adequately describe our experiences at Iccara, but here goes. We had decided to have an engagement party for our son and future daughter-in-law at Iccara after reading the reviews and finding them listed on a web page about the best local places to have an event. In addition, our son had attended a rehearsal dinner there and said the food was amazing. Prior to choosing the menu for our party we decided to go there and try out some of the food. Immediately upon walking in, we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Upon entering, we discovered Iccara to be upscale, yet laid back, elegant but not stuffy in any way. Our waiter on that night was Steve and from moment one, he was engaging, informative and gave full attention to some food allergies that we addressed. He was a master at guiding us through the menu and gave us some great suggestions. From our first bite (the Gnudi appetizer, which EVERYONE must try), we were hooked. Our entire meal was delicious, from the amazing Pollo Pistachio, to the insanely good Pork Chop Rusticana, all topped off with some Affogato. Everything was on point...food, service (do not let the youthfulness of the staff fool you...they all know what they are doing) and atmosphere. We knew that we had chosen the right place for event and began planning our menu as we drove home. Our party was beautiful and everyone there went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. From Cristina in event planning, to Alex and Vanessa in the front of the house, they were all incredibly kind and accommodating. While the entire wait staff was amazing, our server Emma, was super attentive and very sweet. Everyone that attended our party raved about how beautiful the place is and how great the food was. My wife and I are both from Brooklyn. I was fortunate enough to eat at many top-notch restaurants in NYC in my younger years. My wife is Sicilian and her mom was the best cook ever...and while we certainly

Thank you Iccara!! Thank you for being able to accommodate us in the outside area due to another party being held inside the restaurant. Everything was so nice, food was fantastic and your service was spectacular!

Best Sausage Cheesesteak I've ever eaten, No Bull!!! I'd rather eat the Enzo at Iccara, then drive the Enzo, made by Ferrari. The photo i submitted with this review, is how they served it up to me at the restaurant. Absolute best, I give it two Italian hands 🤌🏻🤌🏻

One of the best Italian restaurants in the area. The food was excellent and the service was fantastic. Very tasty not too much cheese in the eggplant parm or the ravioli. Highly recommend this restaurant

Villaggio Iccara is the kind of place that instantly makes you wish it was in your hometown. Visiting from Ohio, we stumbled upon this New Jersey gem and were blown away by both the food and the experience. What really stood out is how thoughtfully they curate separate menus for dining in versus takeout, each clearly designed to shine in its own way. Dining in feels elevated and indulgent, while the takeout menu is packed with comfort-food favorites that travel perfectly. On the dining side, the specials were absolute standouts. The oysters stuffed with chorizo were unreal—briny, rich, smoky, and perfectly balanced, easily one of the most memorable bites of our trip. The flatbread pizza was another winner: crisp, flavorful, and crafted with the kind of care you expect from a true Italian kitchen. I had been craving a Philly Cheesesteak and was shocked to find the other spot we planned on visiting was actually the same place we were already at. For takeout, we went classic and couldn’t have been happier. The Philly cheesesteak was loaded, juicy, and authentic, and the Romano-style pizza was next-level—featuring an airy but light crust and packed with flavor, even after the drive. Villaggio Iccara manages to nail both elevated dining and crave-worthy takeout, which is no small feat. If you’re local, you’re lucky. If you’re visiting from out of state like we were, it’s 100% worth going out of your way for—and honestly, we’re already planning our return.

Some guy said he had a cheese steak from here and he still thinks about it and I knew I had to get one. If a dude says he ate some food and he still thinks about it AND he felt compelled enough to make a review about it. uknow that shits good. I came back and realized he had written a whole review. I just read that first sentence and knew what was up. This is a good cheesesteak. Came out to like 18$ and change but worth every penny. Bread is soft but not soggy it’s wonderful. It has great toasting potential. Beef is delicious. Toppings are great too. Solid portion. I finished the whole thing but I could’ve easily saved a half for later. They need cherry peppers tho. Look up MST.TEK by CONNIE Peace and love except for those who wish negativity upon me

Awesome tomato pies!! The only reason I went! Thin and super crispy! A very bold and flavorful sauce w/ chunks of tomato! Great tasting crust! Good amount of cheese, just a tad greasy. Definitely recommend the tomato pies at Iccara!

Well I've been here twice and both times we've had Emma and she is very knowledgeable about the menu and specials for the day, she's also very personable and you'll be lucky to have her serving your table, service dog friendly just inform like I did, alcohol menu is very limited, some wine, so it's a BYOB, which I kind of like, LOL, specialty pizza is a must try here, wood fired pies are very good, so are the roman specialty, those are the 2 that we tried and the pistachio crusted chicken, oh my that's so good, as I try more I'll let you know more, it's early for 5stars but I'm going with it, it's beautiful decor inside, outdoor patio area is also nice, hope you enjoy this place😵‍💫🤯😵‍💫🤤

Not our first time here, several visits through out the year, consistently good food and exciting specials. ❤️ Were sitted super quickly. Place was packed, so food took a little on the longer side to make and didn't come out all at the same time, but everything we ordered tasted absolutely delicious so it was worth the wait.
